Random Funny Things My Kids Say - Part 36

One lone, white, fluffy, white rabbit still hops around our neighborhood. The girls have nicknamed him Mimsy. The last Mimsy has graced us with a huge pile of rabbit poop on our little lawn. Hard to believe such a small rabbit could leave behind such a large pile of poo. The girls, of course, thought it was funny, until the other morning.

All three girls were eating coco puffs, letting the round brown balls get soggy in their milk.

Angus - I love coco puffs but they get soggy real fast.

Youngest - Yeah, and they look like rabbit poo poo. (she begins to laugh hysterically and smushes them down in her bowl.) See? They look just like the big pile of poo poo Mimsy left out front.

Oldest - I just lost my appetite.

Angus - Me too.

Youngest - Look, I'm eating rabbit poop! (Opens her mouth filled with brown sludge.)

Oldest and Angus silently lift up their still full bowls and scrape them into the food disposal as Youngest continues to munch on her coco puffs. That's my girl.

I once made some poop.

Out of flour, water and powdered chocolate.

Then I went out and fooled some dumb kids.

Yum!:)
True story: when we were at a cabin up north when I was about 10, I was eating cereal, got to the bottom and there were mouse turds in the bottom of my (now mostly empty) bowl! So, yep, I really did enjoy some animal poop for breakfast one day!

I have bravely seen and survived the uber infamous "2 girls 1 cup" video.

So nothing seems gory enough to me any more. Bring on the coco puffs. :)

PS: This is the first time I remember that Angus got a beating. Youngest is getting better. :P

Ellen this made me gag. You meant to do that didn't you! I call my mom Mimsy. Now I will always think of this when speaking to my mom. Thanks Ellen. Thanks a lot. :-)

Wonder if she will figure out she can use this technique on the siblings in other ways?

Youngest wins. She'll forever have all the Cocoa Puffs to herself. But isn't it funny how one strange association can turn you off a food for good?
