So last week I went to Seattle for my annual agency retreat. It was my first time, having missed two earlier ones. But now that I've gone to one, I'm sorry I didn't go previously. Not only do you get to hang out and learn more industry business stuff from your agents, but you also meet and connect with other agency clients. And on top of it all, Seattle is a beautiful city.
I'm not sure I believe all those people who say Seattle has bad weather most of the time. I was there 4 days and the weather was perfect every single day. Plus there was this fantastic little Vietnamese restaurant near my hotel that was delicious and really cheap! One of the best Bahn Mi sandwiches I've had and it cost me only $3.50! I would have taken a picture of it but I ate it too fast! Seattle is definitely a city I want to go back to with the family.
I'm currently working on making bookmarks and other promotional stuff for my book. And I'll have a brand new website rolling out later this month. I've been working with an incredible web designer,
Denise Biondo who I can't speak highly enough about! Not only is she wonderful to work with, she is so extremely talented!

I love Seattle. Lived there more than a year a while back, and I agree. The winter is gray and drizzly, but the summers are spectacular. I'm off to Portland and Seattle for work this week. Sorry we didn't overlap.
