When Harry Met Sally - vignettes

My favorite part of When Harry met Sally were the little vignettes of old couples talking about how they met. Two of my favorites are the "We never met" and the "I sneak into her willage" couples. Too cute for words. For years I've been quoting these vignettes all wrong. It's nice to see them again and remember their original charm.

Aw, thanks for that!

I always liked the line "people were always crossing rooms to talk to Maxine." :)

Old "boyfriends" on Friday followed by "how we met" today causes the thought: Ello's become a romantic!

I haven't seen that movie in ages! My anniversary is on Saturday - I think it's the perfect time for a fresh viewing.

Love these!
Okay, I harbor a secret desire.
I want to be old. I want to be old and a grandmother, and play with my grandchildren and bake cookies. And get to be in movies like that...
(you may think I'm kidding, but I'm not)

I had forgotten how cute those were. Recently I've fallen in love with Youtube again. Been watching famous scenes from old movies. So nice to have them at your fingertips.

*I knew the way you know a good melon*

All my favourite movies are written by Nora Ephron (except The Princess Bride and The Monty Pythons...and a few others).
