Grading Haiku

Papers and deadlines
Awash in a sea of ink
Red overtakes black

grimly slices and draws blood
sans anesthesia

Funny, I thought that's exactly what I said about yours.

That sure looks familiar. Not the haiku but the red marks on the page.

Love it

When my sis was in college, back before email, she'd write me letters - I know, "what's that?"

But, I'd correct them in red-ink and mail them back to her. Surprising she ever wrote me at all.But I've gotten lots of laughs over that...

And that is why I liked to correct papers in purple ink. :) I love the haiku!

if only you could
write in present tense or at
least stick to one tense

capitalize nouns;
proper - such as people's names
especially your own
