Great advice from an agent

Jim McCarthy over at Dystel & Goderich has a terrific post up about his reading process. It is really worth taking a look at.

Thanks for the link. It's an excellent blog. I'm going to read all the posts. I may forget to pick my children up from school......

He actually gives an MS fifty pages?

This is about what I would expect and that's good.

That was a nice commentary. Helpful. I wish some agent folks would find my work that good.

I like Jim McCarthy. I once entered two novels in a literary conferance contest and I was fortunate to win first and second. Jim McCarthy was the judge.

Sure he later rejected me but I don't hold that agaisnt him., and he gave me some great feedback onmy full.
